Since February 2011, he successively served as GM of Hunan and Guangdong Cement Business Unit, Head of the Growth and Innovation Business and Head of Operation and Cost Business, GM of New Business Unit, and GM of East Business Unit. From February 2011 to January 2016, he was AVP of the Company. He became VP of the Company in January 2016.
