梅向福先生，1972年7月出生，工學(xué)碩士及工商管理碩士，高級(jí)工程師。1994年畢業(yè)于南昌航空工業(yè)學(xué)院機(jī)械制造工藝與設(shè)備專(zhuān)業(yè)，獲工學(xué)學(xué)士；2002年畢業(yè)于武漢理工大學(xué)機(jī)電工程專(zhuān)業(yè)，獲工學(xué)碩士學(xué)位；2011年畢業(yè)于華中科技大學(xué)工商管理專(zhuān)業(yè)。1994年加入華新水泥股份有限公司，先后任本公司技術(shù)員、機(jī)動(dòng)處副處長(zhǎng)、陽(yáng)新公司副總經(jīng)理、武穴公司副總經(jīng)理、武穴公司總經(jīng)理、東南區(qū)域總經(jīng)理，株洲公司總經(jīng)理，維修公司總經(jīng)理。2011年2月起，先后任本公司湘粵水泥事業(yè)部總經(jīng)理、增長(zhǎng)與創(chuàng)新業(yè)務(wù)負(fù)責(zé)人、運(yùn)營(yíng)與成本業(yè)務(wù)負(fù)責(zé)人、新業(yè)務(wù)事業(yè)部總經(jīng)理、東部區(qū)域總經(jīng)理。2011年2月至2016年1月，任本公司助理副總裁；2016年1月起，出任本公司副總裁。

Mr. Mei Xiangfu, born in July 1972, Master of Engineering and MBA, senior engineer. He graduated from Nanchang Institute of Aeronautical Technology, majoring in Machine Manufacturing Processes and Equipment, and got a Bachelor’s Degree of Engineering in 1994. In 2002, he graduated from Wuhan University of Technology, majored in Mechanical and Electrical Engineering, and got a Master’s Degree of Engineering. In 2011, he graduated from Huazhong University of Science and Technology and got MBA Degree. He joined Huaxin Cement Co., Ltd. in 1994, and took the positions of technician, vice manager of Equipment and Power Department, DGM of Yangxin Company, DGM and GM of Wuxue Company, GM of Southeast Region, GM of Zhuzhou Company, GM of Maintenance Company. Since February 2011, he successively served as GM of Hunan and Guangdong Cement Business Unit, Head of the Growth and Innovation Business and Head of Operation and Cost Business, GM of New Business Unit, and GM of East Business Unit. From February 2011 to January 2016, he was AVP of the Company. He became VP of the Company in January 2016.
